***2026 Dallas Open Ball Kids Registration: CLOSED (GOOD LUCK to those Trying Out!)***

Thank you for expressing your interest in volunteering at the 2026 Dallas Open ATP500, scheduled to take place at The Star in Frisco from February 7–15, 2026. Volunteers play a vital role in ensuring the success of this prestigious event. We appreciate the enthusiasm shown by prospective volunteers; however, we kindly request that you review the following requirements and guidelines prior to completing your registration.

Transportation Driver Requirements

• Minimum age: 25 years by February 1, 2026
• Must pass driving and background checks
• Full coverage insurance required
• Minimum commitment: 4 shifts, including at least 1 weekday or evening shift

General Volunteer Roles (Ushers, DO Assist Team, Court Services, Merch, Credentials, Suite Ambassadors/Guest Services)

• Minimum age: 18 years by February 1, 2026
• Minimum commitment: 4 shifts, including at least 1 weekday or evening shift
• Onsite volunteers shifts starts 1 hour before doors open until end of match (est 6-8 hours)
• All roles require climbing stairs, standing for extended periods, and walking long distances.

Registration Guidelines

• Each volunteer must register with a unique email address; shared emails are not permitted
• All communications will be sent to the registered email
• Parents volunteering must use a separate email and login from their child 
• Please review the schedule carefully and only select shifts you can commit to.
• Selecting all shifts unnecessarily delays the scheduling process unless you intend to work every shift chosen.
• Ball Kids Parents will not automatically be chosen

Photo Requirements

• Headshot only, passport-style with a solid background
• No sunglasses or hats
• Incorrect photos may delay confirmation or result in registration deletion.

Individuals selected as Volunteers for the 2026 Dallas Open will receive an official Dallas Open uniform, one complimentary meal per working shift, free parking and tournament viewing access during your shift days.
